27th Annual Convention 2023

Saturday December 9, 2023
Huntington Hilton Long Island

The American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin of Queens & Long Island (AAPIQLI) represents around 1000 Physicians of New York City and Long Island in New York. It also includes hundreds of Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows of Indian Origin. AAPIQLI is an integral part of New York State’s healthcare system and research programs. It is a vibrant sub-chapter of National AAPI, which represents over 1000 – 1200 physicians and more than 300 residents and fellows from the Indian origin.

This year, AAPIQLI will celebrate its 27th Annual Convention with an Annual Gala and a Comprehensive Cutting-Edge CME Program. The Annual Gala will take place on Saturday, Dec 9, 2023, at Huntington Hilton, Melville, NY, while the Annual CME Symposium and Research Day will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Dematteis Center for Cardiac Research and Education, Greenvale, NY.

Both events will be attended by over 1000 guests, including physicians, their families, healthcare leaders, CEOs, and presidents. Dignitaries and leaders from the greater New York Community will also be present, along with news media. Funds raised during the events will be donated to charitable activities during health crises, natural disasters, research, education,
and various organizations.

We extend a warm invitation to join us at both events, where you’ll have the chance to engage with a large medical audience and participate in personalized product discussions and hands-on demonstrations. The events offer excellent marketing, networking, and educational opportunities, including CME sponsorship, publications, exhibitions, and symposia.

As part of these events, a Souvenir Journal is published annually, reaching thousands of readers nationwide. This provides another opportunity to advertise and market your products and services. Additionally, we invite you to become a Grand, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsor of the Annual Convention to gain greater visibility for your offerings.

We sincerely thank you on behalf of the Convention team and Executive Committee for considering our request and for your support

Sincerely,
